About the Role:
- Seeking an experienced SAP FICO AMS Consultant for hands-on support in our Application Management Services practice.
- This is a customer-facing role ideal for a specialist who thrives in structured support settings.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level SAP FICO support including incident management, problem resolution, and change requests.
- Engage directly with customers to triage and resolve support queries in a timely, professional manner.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience with strong AMS background and proficiency in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to produce clear reporting and documentation.
