This role provides architectural and engineering leadership for Keypath’s technology platforms.
It combines hands-on development with team leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions.
The position collaborates closely with product, data, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and implementation of solutions across Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
Provide leadership to product development teams, including daily standups and mentorship.
Champion adoption of AI-assisted development practices and oversee CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:

Senior-level experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform, including Azure DevOps CI/CD.
Proven success leading agile teams and delivering AI/machine learning solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of software engineering experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $125,000 - $146,000 per year.
