Deal Desk Manager

Partner closely with our Finance, RevOps, and Sales teams. You will review and modify customer contracts to ensure alignment with negotiated terms, pricing, and business approvals. Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to adjust commercial agreements in accordance with deal-specific structures, discounting, and non-standard terms. Contract entry: review and enter contract terms, pricing, and dates into Salesforce with a high level of accuracy. Collaborate closely with Finance, RevOps, and Sales to ensure smooth deal execution and accurate billing. Maintain billing documentation, update metadata in systems, and identify opportunities to improve workflows. Manage customer billing in Stripe, including subscription setup, discounts, coupons, and payment methods. Create, update, and upload invoices; handle overdue invoice processes and customer billing communications; follow up with customers to collect payments and assist with payments.
