Responsibilities:
- Engage with MGA stakeholders, underwriters, and business teams to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into Sure Commercial configurations, user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support fit-gap analysis, system integration planning, SIT, and UAT activities.
Requirements:
- At least eight years of business analysis experience with substantial Commercial P&C insurance and MGA domain expertise.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Strong client-facing, workshop facilitation, and communication skills; Agile/Scrum experience is required.
