Business Analyst

Role Overview:

• The AAA seeks a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support operations of its New York State Insurance (NYSI) Case Management Center.
• The role focuses on improving workflows, enhancing digital tools, and increasing efficiency through business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements, mapping and documenting current and future processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and support quality assurance testing and implementation.
• Work with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deploy system enhancements, including AI-driven tools and dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, QA testing, or software development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with business process automation, AI tools, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Remote arrangement with candidates residing within 125 miles of assigned office location (New York City or Buffalo, NY).
