BSA/AML Program Management Lead

The BSA/AML Program Management Lead supports the overall BSA/AML and OFAC compliance program. This is achieved by coordinating program management activities and facilitating cross-functional initiatives. The role ensures alignment between compliance efforts and business objectives. This role assists in supporting compliance strategies, managing program governance processes, and supporting the execution of BSA/AML program oversight functions. Key responsibilities include issue management, risk assessment support, change management, and planning and project management. The role involves coordinating the identification, tracking, and resolution of BSA/AML/OFAC compliance issues, supporting risk assessment activities, and monitoring regulatory changes. The position also supports the development and maintenance of annual BSA/AML program plans and monitors project progress.
