As a Solutions Associate, you will develop an in-depth understanding of customers, their business domain, and workflows. You'll work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders, support customers through onboarding, build project plans, document processes, and ensure timely delivery of services. You'll also serve as a connector between product development teams and customers, build relationships with key contacts, and lead implementation projects.
