Job Description
The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. Job duties include performing document production work according to established policies and procedures, assessing job requests, and ensuring appropriate completion throughout task lifecycle. It requires demonstrating intermediate to advanced use of equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functions.
Assist with coordination of document production services, preparation, intake, and workflow within team. Troubleshoot more complex software or hardware problems. Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all assigned work; meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work. Communicate with peers, supervisor or client on job or deadline issues. Foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client. Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information, perform Quality Assurance on work of others and train more junior staff members.
