Operations Enablement Manager

We are looking for a mission-driven, highly motivated team member to join our Core Operations team as the Operations Enablement Manager. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Operations, you will design and execute scalable enablement strategies—from onboarding and training to QA-informed education programs to knowledge systems—that keep our team performing at its best, all through rapid change and growth. You will serve as a strategic partner to Ops Leadership and work closely with leaders across Product, Customer Experience, and People & Culture to ensure our team is ready for what’s next. Translate product, policy, and org-level changes into effective team enablement plans that include training, documentation, communication plans, and QA improvement strategies. Partner with Operations leaders to analyze performance trends and workforce needs, proactively addressing knowledge or execution gaps. Use adult learning principles to design and facilitate onboarding, continued education, micro-learnings, and skill-building programs tailored to diverse learning needs. Drive the evolution of our Core Operations enablement strategy and help scale its impact through consistent tooling, frameworks, and feedback loops. Motivate and influence the broader team to embrace a strong learning culture, supporting education initiatives across the Operations team as needed.
