Accounting Manager

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an Accounting Manager to own the client relationship and accounting delivery for this Decimal franchise location.
• You'll be the client's primary point of contact, delighting them with expert guidance while directing the analyst team's work.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as operational lead on accounting delivery, partnering with the Firm Principal to ensure client needs are met.
• Oversee accounting operations for multiple clients and direct the analyst team's work across A/P, A/R, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using a technology-first mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of public accounting or full-cycle accounting experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of client relationship management and QuickBooks Online experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a love for working with the latest technology.
