Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions in accounting systems for multiple client companies.
- Post customer payments and maintain up-to-date accounts receivable aging reports.
- Reconcile bank records to general ledger accounts and process online payroll.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365 suite.
