Sales Strategy and Ops is at the core of the five major verticals of the business: Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Onboarding & Customer Success. We are working with stakeholders to build an internal infrastructure to scale while also providing actionable insights to managers for workforce optimization. We are a rapidly growing company and itβs essential that all teams are delivering maximum outputs. The person in this role will be a trusted advisor to the go-to-market verticals (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing) on forecasted sales outputs, go-to-market function analyses, and productivity recommendations. The role includes collaborating closely with Sales leadership on weekly sales forecast outputs, identifying over/under-performing channels and supporting territory planning; driving analyses, framing business problems, and communicating actionable insights with a bias towards execution; leading cross-functional strategic projects, including structuring problems, implementing solutions, and measuring impact; performing ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations; managing bulk uploads for campaign management, task management, and recycled lead initiatives; and coordinating with StratOps teammates to improve sales organization systems and processes.
