Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound support calls to deliver fast, clear solutions to a wide range of customer questions and technical issues.
  • Work one-on-one with customers to guide account setup, customization, and ensure they get the most value from Badger Maps.
  • Reduce churn by managing existing customer relationships with strategic outreach and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role with recent experience calling customers.
  • 1+ years in technical support and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software, experience with CRM (preferably Close.io) and Zendesk, and great troubleshooting ability.
