Job Description

Primarily working in a squad of 2-4 people including project managers and engineers, some responsibilities include assisting in the ideation of features by providing inputs based on research or experience. Advising the feasibility of ideas and providing alternate routes to meet the objective of the feature. Planning and estimating features to ensure that they roll out on time and function as expected. Need to understand the technical specifications and develop, customise, and maintain Salesforce Applications, including configuration, custom code (Apex), and Lightning components. Play an active role in team retrospective events by flagging problems and frustrations in the team, and offering solutions, leveraging Salesforce Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows to automate business processes and enhance productivity. Also conduct testing, quality assurance, and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions, as well as create and maintain detailed documentation for all customisations and configurations. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use Salesforce Service Cloud.
