Digital Sales Manager - Future Opportunity

The Digital Sales Manager (DSM) leads the strategy and execution of digital sales initiatives, with a strong focus on managing and developing a high-performing Digital Solutions sales team. This role drives commercial outcomes by expanding adoption of Intuitive’ s digital offerings through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include recruiting and coaching a Digital Solutions sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, setting and monitoring sales goals, aligning field and corporate sales teams, partnering with marketing, leading change management and training, serving as the voice of the customer, and overseeing sales reporting.
