Job Description

The Pre-Service Representative performs scheduling and/or pre-registration of patients for facility visits via telephone, which is a remote position. Duties include handling inbound, dialer, and outbound calls, scheduling patient appointments, pre-registering appointments into software programs, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and maintaining logs. The representative also collects data for quality improvement, answers emails, places follow-up calls, and performs other administrative tasks as required. The position requires superior customer service skills.
