Role and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Sales, responsible for selling to key accounts in the designated Sales Region to meet territory sales goals.
  • Identify and close sales opportunities within the existing customer network and targeted prospective accounts, focusing on introducing new products and services.
  • Work with Account Managers post-launch to ensure consistent value delivery and realize upsell potential.

Territory and Daily Activities:

  • Territory covers Northeast US and Canadian Accounts, requiring proactive engagement via phone and email.
  • Manage moderate to complex transactions with speed and accuracy, resolving the most complex operational issues.
  • May be assigned to highly strategic, high-revenue customer accounts and assist with training other Inside Sales Representatives.

Candidate Profile and Skills:

  • Requires experience in Healthcare or Pharmacy sales, with a bonus for software industry experience, and a Post-secondary diploma/degree.
  • Must be comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and closing sales over the phone, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be organized, independent, resourceful, diligent in maintaining CRM data, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
