Full Stack Developer - Technical Lead (C# / .Net)

As a Senior Software Developer - Technical Lead, you will participate in the architecture, design, implementation and deployment of new architectures that will support software functionalities developed by our product teams to enrich the ecosystem of products offered by MEDFAR. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment and evolve and enforce the standards for code quality and maintainability. You will design, develop, and implement complex software systems and components that form the core architecture of our products and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Other responsibilities include identifying and addressing technical challenges and conducting thorough code reviews to maintain code quality. You will also participate in the development and execution of the architectural strategy ensuring alignment with business goals.
