About the Role:

  • Design and develop training content that simplifies complex supply chain concepts for learners.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality learning experiences and assessments.
  • Manage assigned curriculum projects, including schedules, reviews, and deliverables.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze learner needs and define learning objectives aligned with real-world product workflows.
  • Develop e-learning, instructor-led training, hands-on labs, and performance support tools.
  • Apply instructional design best practices, adult learning principles, and accessibility standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
  • Four or more years of experience developing curriculum for enterprise software.
  • Strong technical aptitude, project management skills, and ability to learn complex products quickly.
