Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Program Manager, managing and coordinating training program activities.
- Develop and maintain training curricula using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles and ADDIE methodology.
- Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training using platforms like Microsoft Teams and interactive tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience developing and delivering training in Defense or healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in ISD, curriculum development, adult learning methodologies, and training evaluation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience using virtual engagement tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in instructional design, training, or program management.
- Experience supporting federal, Department of Defense, or highly regulated environments.
- Ability to manage multiple training courses, instructors, schedules, and deliverables.
