About the Role:
- We are seeking a Senior Curriculum Developer to architect the future of sUAS training for critical industry.
- This role owns the instructional backbone of our programs, from task analysis to certification design.
- You will work closely with instructors, developers, and subject matter experts across multiple modalities.
How you'll make an impact:
- Own curriculum architecture end to end, including job and task analyses and course maps.
- Translate technical systems into structured learning paths across classroom, simulation, and immersive environments.
- Design assessments and certification standards that measure real operational capability.
Who you are:
- You have 7+ years designing curriculum for technical training programs.
- You have expertise in instructional systems design and adult learning principles.
- You have a strong portfolio of curriculum artifacts and experience collaborating with engineers and SMEs.
