Senior Learning Designer

Your impact:

• Play a key role in designing AI training workshops and programs with measurable impact for learners from individual contributors to executives.
• Research, design, and refine engaging learning experiences in data, AI, and other technology areas based on education for employment best practices.
• Work closely with Operations, Account Management, and instructors to ensure each program delivers impactful professional growth.

Your expertise:

• 5-7 years experience in a Learning or Instructional Designer role.
• Strong understanding of how projects impact goals and prioritizing based on highest impact.
• Expertise in designing courses for online learning, both synchronous and asynchronous.
• Data-driven and results-oriented, biased for action, and collaborative spirit.

• This role is remote and based in Canada, with working hours compatible with EST time zone.
