Live Instruction:
- Facilitate 90-minute sessions twice weekly, accommodating multiple time zones.
- Lead engaging, motivational sessions to reinforce key concepts and build learner confidence.
- Deliver demonstrations of surgical concepts, instrumentation, and OR best practices.
Design Collaboration:
- Partner with the Learning team to develop session agendas, instructional materials, and lecture decks.
- Create interactive learning activities using Kahoot and other tools to boost retention and participation.
Requirements:
- 8+ years as a Surgical Technician and current TS-C or CST certification.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Surgical Technology, with at least 2 years online.
- Experience preparing learners for the NCCT TS-C certification exam.
