Job Description
The Procurement Manager will develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials and packaging. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities, building relationships with key suppliers, and negotiating contracts. The manager will also monitor supplier performance, drive cost-reduction initiatives, collaborate with R&D and Operations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering, 5 years of procurement experience in the CPG industry, and strong negotiation and analytical skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is required, along with an understanding of regulatory and environmental considerations for cleaning chemicals and packaging.
