Job Description
Sobi is seeking a highly skilled, committed, and strategic Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) to serve as a sales representative operating at the regional level. This individual will identify growth opportunities in collaboration with the territory-specific Clinical Account Managers (CAM) and cross-functional partners. The role is pivotal to the launch and ongoing business operations of an innovative therapy for uncontrolled gout, a severe and uncommon medical condition. With a focus on patient outcomes, this position will make significant contributions to regional success.
The CAS must possess outstanding business acumen, strong clinical expertise, and the ability to effectively collaborate within ecosystem teams. Responsibilities include delivering branded sales messages to targeted customers, representing Sobi at local meetings, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals by utilizing analytics to develop actionable, regionally tailored strategies. As a collaborative influencer, they build trust across all levels without formal authority, scale best practices, and support teams in maintaining focus on high-value priorities. With proven ambition to grow into future leadership roles, they balance strategic vision with disciplined execution, including territory planning, customer engagement, and effective budget and administrative management.
