The Regional Account Director (RAD) will be the point of contact in the field for the US Market Access Regional Payer team, supporting the SOBI portfolio by engaging payers and influencers to enhance payer policy and ensuring appropriate product formulary placement. The RAD will engage with stakeholders, influencers and customer types including Payers, Advocacy groups, and Hospital Academia. The RAD will advance policies and protocols to assist patients with access to products.

Reporting into the Core Asset Team (CAT) Lead, the ideal candidate will lead the global commercial strategy and market development for the high-impact Immunology asset. The ideal candidate will own the go-to-market plan, geographic expansion, lifecycle strategy, and commercial business case plans for ex-US markets while staying in-sync and in step with the US Immunology functional leadership.

The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) acts as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi products as lead by the Regional Sales Director, providing clinical knowledge of Sobi’s products and effectively communicates the on-label clinical benefits. As a sales leader, the CAM is expected to achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, which includes delivering branded sales messages to customers, representing Sobi at local meetings, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
