Assistant Controller

Found is seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and hands-on Assistant Controller to help scale and strengthen our finance and accounting operations. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including financial close, reporting, audit preparation, and the implementation of controls and processes that support a fast-growing organization. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, people, and compliance teams to ensure accurate financial information, scalable systems, and a strong foundation for strategic decision-making. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Own key accounting functions including GL, accruals, revenue recognition, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
