Job Description
You will act as the senior Sales Operations business partner to our Americas Sales Leaders (Director-level and up) and help shape the go-to-market strategy in each region (North America and Latin America). Your responsibilities include driving annual and quarterly planning and quota setting, conducting independent analysis of the business, gathering insights, making compelling recommendations to GTM and RevOps leadership, and driving change management to improve the business in line with Sales Lead priorities.
You'll collaborate to drive revenue growth and scalable operations with stakeholders across Go-To-Market functions (e.g. Sales, Account Management, Sales Development, Customer Success, Growth, Marketing), RevOps teams (Sales Ops, Systems & Process, Pipeline Operations, Enablement), and our Product team. You will lead and drive large change management initiatives.
