About the Role:
- Design the surfaces developers depend on when things are breaking.
- Turn complex multi-service architectures into cohesive experiences.
- Collaborate deeply with product and engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make multi-service systems legible at a glance.
- Design system-level observability and cross-service deployments.
- Own all product states including failures and empty states.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with exceptional craft.
- Strong information architecture and systems fluency.
- Fluent in developer language and respect for failure states.
