About the Role:
- You will act as a Genesis I&A Consultant, delivering onsite and remote consulting and education to customers.
- You will develop and maintain expertise in Intuitive technology, reprocessing, and regulations.
- You will independently manage your assigned territory and travel up to 70%.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consulting and educational initiatives with strategically targeted customers.
- Uncover customer needs, prioritize solutions, and track progress.
- Collaborate with Sales, Failure Analysis, and other internal teams to deliver customized support.
Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent biomedical training, with 5+ years of healthcare/hospital experience.
- Detailed knowledge of ISO, MDR, and reprocessing of reusable medical devices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business acumen.
