Genesis OR Consultant

Primary Function of Position:

• The Genesis OR Consultant supports hospitals and surgical teams by delivering onsite and remote consulting services.
• Focuses on identifying and implementing best practices for da Vinci Surgery across operational efficiency, team training, and cost management.
• Works closely with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams to launch, optimize, and sustain robotic surgery programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build expert knowledge in Intuitive technologies, instruments, and accessories.
• Manage assigned territory independently, balancing consulting with administrative tasks.
• Design and deliver targeted consulting and educational initiatives to strategic customer accounts.
• Lead complex engagements using DMAIC Lean problem-solving approaches to improve processes.

Qualifications and Additional Info:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 5 years of healthcare or hospital management experience required.
• Demonstrated experience working in or with Operating Room departments and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
