Primary Function of Position:
- Surgeons worldwide use our robotic device to enhance surgical precision and improve patient benefits.
- The CSR clinically sells to maximize da Vinci system utilization in the West Phoenix territory.
Essential Job Duties:
- Develop a sales strategy with the Clinical Sales Manager to drive robot utilization.
- Mentor surgical teams through training and OR integration.
- Be a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
- Bachelor's degree required; travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
- Proven record of success and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
