Role Overview:
- Focus on clinically selling to maximize da Vinci Surgical System utilization in the Minneapolis, MN territory.
- Partner with Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy that drives robot utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
- Drive sales of instruments and accessories while mentoring new team members.
- Help regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
- Bachelor’s degree required; knowledge of Operating Room environment preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
