Primary Function of Position:
- Manage and direct the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System within the installed base.
- Oversee installations, training, and utilization growth in the assigned region.
- Hire, train, and develop Clinical Sales Representatives.
Essential Job Duties:
- Develop and implement sales activities to exceed goals set by senior management.
- Expand da Vinci Surgery usage in all existing accounts and sell to new surgeons.
- Manage training and education processes and lead new system installations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years sales experience including 5 in medical device sales.
- Proven track record in managing a sales force.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and Bachelor's degree required.
