Controller

The Opportunity:

• As our Controller, you will be the financial backbone, ensuring tight books, clear reporting, and confident decision-making for leadership.
• You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, building financial infrastructure to support a growing SaaS company in healthcare.

What You'll Own:

• Accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close, plus preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Compliance and audit readiness, including coordination of external audits, tax filings, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Strategic partnership with the CFO and executive team to provide insights for business planning, process improvements, and M&A support.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA strongly preferred, with 7+ years progressive experience and at least 2-3 years in a Controller role.
• Strong command of GAAP, experience in Healthcare or SaaS is highly valued, and proficiency with accounting software like NetSuite or QuickBooks.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to communicate financial complexity clearly, and a track record of managing audits and tax compliance.
