Job Description

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting for Carrier Ethernet and Internet services.
  • Resolve escalated issues from Tier I and II engineers.
  • Support multiple network topologies and protocols.

Mentoring and Collaboration:

  • Mentor and coach Tier I and II engineers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Field Operations, and vendor support.
  • Assist with customer communications, including creating reports and updates.

Project Involvement:

  • Participate in NOC projects and network performance monitoring.
  • Assist with new tool and process onboarding.
  • Execute tactical projects and service validation.
