Job Description
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for Carrier Ethernet and Internet services.
- Resolve escalated issues from Tier I and II engineers.
- Support multiple network topologies and protocols.
Mentoring and Collaboration:
- Mentor and coach Tier I and II engineers.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Field Operations, and vendor support.
- Assist with customer communications, including creating reports and updates.
Project Involvement:
- Participate in NOC projects and network performance monitoring.
- Assist with new tool and process onboarding.
- Execute tactical projects and service validation.
