Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager

The Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager will direct the daily operations of the accounts receivable team, including hiring, training, and performance management of AR staff. This person will identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounts receivable operations and improve efficiency, and they will develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize delinquent accounts. They will also actively participate in the collections process for commercial and academic customers, improve the credit card collection process, and manage Sales Tax reporting function. The manager will collaborate closely with other members of the Finance team on monthly reconciliation efforts, tracking invoice reconciliation, reviewing data for irregularities and errors.
