About the Role:
- Provide functional expertise for SAP IS-U Billing solutions in a remote environment.
- Partner with business and technical teams to optimize billing operations for utility clients.
What You'll Do:
- Configure rates, billing schemas, budget billing, and bill print forms.
- Participate in full enhancement lifecycle from requirements to post-production support.
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure compliance with SLAs.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of hands-on SAP IS-U Billing experience.
- Strong knowledge of rate configuration, bill print, and billing exception analysis.
- Experience with production support and utility meter-to-cash processes.
