Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute prebills and manage month-end processing.
- Prepare attorney/client invoices and ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- Minimum two years of billing experience in a law firm or professional organization.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Additional Information:
- The pay range is $25/hour to $36.97/hour.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
- This is a remote position with Monday-Friday schedule.
