Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact, providing thoughtful, friendly, and effective support to clients, primarily the staff at shopping center information desks, via phone and email. You will handle confidential information with care and professionalism, aiming to resolve issues on the first interaction whenever possible. You'll follow up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution and stay up to date on new products, tools, and processes. The role requires strong communication skills, even when things get tricky. You’ll be working from Sunday to Friday, with the flexibility to take one of those days off.
