Executive Assistant

Serve as the operational backbone of the founder’s day-to-day work. You’ll ensure the details are clean, the wheels are turning, and nothing slips through the cracks, so the founder can focus on deep client immersion, high-leverage systems design, and intellectual R&D. This is a deeply operational role for someone who finds flow in inbox zero, neatly organized folders, and making chaos calm. Key responsibilities include calendar and email management, task and workflow execution, document management and note systems, vendor and client communications, light project coordination and founder shadow support.
