Senior Manager, Credit Cards, Treasury & Capital Markets

As a Senior Manager, Treasury & Capital Markets, you will work as a strategic partner within the Treasury team and interact directly with banking partners, lenders, investors, fintechs, capital markets counterparties, and key functional leaders within Wealthsimple to support Treasury initiatives and broader product launches. As a trusted advisor, you will provide advice and collaborate with leaders in product, operations, trading, finance, legal, regulatory & compliance to find creative solutions to complex problems. You are adaptable, flexible, and thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment. In this role you will lead and manage credit card financing, spearhead and execute capital markets and financing initiatives, drive negotiations with banking partners, and oversee Wealthsimple's Treasury investment portfolio. The position requires 8+ years of Treasury and Capital Markets experience with direct external counterparties engagement and strong critical thinking skills.
