Role Overview:
- You will support the Navy's Power & Energy Division as a Senior Engineer for aircraft battery systems.
- You will help evaluate and certify battery technologies to support fleet readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Review technical reports, MIL specs, and qualification test plans for battery systems.
- Lead lithium battery safety certification and SBIR/STTR project efforts.
Qualifications:
- Requires a BS in Engineering and 3+ years of aircraft battery systems experience.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance and work well in teams and independently.
