PointClickCare is seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to make a real difference in people's lives by improving the usability of our platform, enabling care professionals to make better-informed decisions for their patients. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, strong interpersonal and empathetic skills, an analytical mind, and the ability to thrive in a complex and fast-moving environment. You will conduct user research and testing, refine user personas, map journeys, and champion best practices in user experience design. Collaboration with Product Management, Engineers, and QA is essential to ensure accurate implementation.
