Software Engineer, Identity Full-Stack

About the Team:

• Mission is to grow revenue and reduce costs through sophisticated, reliable, and secure authentication solutions.
• Team works on full-stack identity projects spanning Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Customer Support.

How We Work with AI:

• AI-powered development tools like Claude Code and Cursor are deeply integrated into our engineering culture.
• Engineers are expected to leverage AI for authoring code, troubleshooting bugs, and vetting designs, while fully owning every line of code.

What You Will Do:

• Build self-service flows to reduce support load and improve account recovery, cancellation, and friction across support tools.
• Enhance identity functionality including authentication, session management, MFA, and risk-based fraud detection.
• Write clear technical documentation and work closely with product, security, and legal teams.

Requirements (Must Have):

• 4-6 years of professional software development experience with strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, experience with JavaScript/React, and API integration skills focused on authentication.
• Experience with relational databases at scale, complex backend systems, and version control (Git).
