Perform inspections and repairs of aircraft and components in accordance with maintenance procedures, airworthiness directives, and FAA regulations.
Ensure all aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with company policies and applicable manuals.
Provide on-call availability during nights, weekends, and holidays and serve as lead mechanic in the lead's absence.

Qualifications:

Five years’ related experience and/or training with an active A&P license required.
Electrical troubleshooting, vibration-balancing, sheet metal, and composite repair skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; RAMCO experience preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotation.
Must live in the Northeast Region (CT, DE, MA, MD, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, or WV).
Subject to DOT/FAA drug and alcohol testing.
