Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient utilization of pilots as well as day-to-day tracking of their attendance.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to crew members in a clear and timely manner.
- Coordinate ground transportation, offline flights, and hotel accommodations for pilots and other crew-members as required.
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Knowledge of FAR Part 135 and/or Part 121 operations required.
- Effective communication, including speaking, reading, writing, and active listening with internal and external partners.
Benefits:
- Pay Range: $55,000-$70,000 annually.
