Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full lease asset lifecycle from forward demand planning through lease execution and return.
- Maintain a rolling 18-month asset demand forecast and match available assets to customer needs.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Tech, and Logistics to keep events moving without escalation.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in aviation operations, planning, leasing, or client-facing asset management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assets, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with planning, scheduling, or operational documentation systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base pay range of $70,000 to $80,000, plus discretionary bonus potential.
