About the Role:
- Serve as the top escalation resource for your sector.
- Provide real-time coaching and guidance to teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor core service platforms and allocate team resources.
- Operate the Airspace platform at expert level and maintain certifications.
- Identify process gaps and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success as an Operations Specialist III or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in sector processes and escalation patterns.
- Available for 2 weeks of in-person training in Carlsbad, CA.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay range of $27-$40/hr.
