Job Summary:
- The Check Airman performs oversight, safety, and qualification roles for helicopter and fixed-wing pilots undergoing evaluation.
- This role conducts training and flight checks in classrooms, aircraft, or simulators.
Essential Functions:
- Evaluates operational compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conducts initial and recurrent ground and flight training.
- Assists in developing training schedules and maintaining pilot records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma with three to five years related experience or equivalent.
- CFI/CFII certification or willingness to obtain within one year.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
